  • Handling public/media inquiries regarding the crisis/issue
  • Arranging for press conferences, media roundtables, interviews
  • Monitoring media coverage and public response to crisis/issue
  • Providing post crisis follow-up releases and news to the media
  • Evaluating the communications process, providing full media documentation to the crisis/issue
  • Preparing a report identifying the reasons behind the crisis/issue and how it can be avoided in the future once the crisis/issue is resolved
